No dishes this week but.............

Well, no stacks of dishes to show this week. I managed to avoid most of them. DH and DIL did them all the only night we had a stack.
Our Jackson spent the week with us. What a fun week we had! He is such a cutie. He is trying to test his limits a bit and has learned to argue but all in all it was fun! We are in Ottawa today as we brought him home last night. We have some visits to do while we are here so will stay for several days. I love my son's wireless house - I can be online as much as I like!!!!

There have been lots of stitches lately.

I gave Dani her completed neighborhood last Sunday so I can post photos now. Every kingdom needs a coat of arms and so I added it to finish hers off.

I think her neighborhood is very original and quite attractive finished.

I put some more stitches in my Mirabilia - worked with some silver and grey for a change. It still doesn't look like much but someday.

I backstitched the elephants and around them and Noddy looks more complete.

I received my Round 12 Fair and Squares this week. Poor Nicky. Her first set of squares disappeared into mail neverland and so she graciously stitched me a second set.

I have been stitching or should I say counter-stitching on "Nobody Loves Me" I have restitched "oves me" three times now.I have been off each time. I have left it blank and moved on to a flower pot to give myself a much needed break. I will try the lettering again later! I love the colors in this one and would like to have better progress but those darn frogs!

Melissa's blogaversary gift is complete and will be off in the mail this afternoon. I hope she likes it.

Well folks, I'm off to stitch a bit - don't know what will strike my fancy this week. There is only one good thing about the lousy - rainy, gray, damp - weather we are having these days. I don't have to be outside pulling weeds so I can be inside stitching.

Until next week, I hope all is well and those darn frogs leap off!!!

I LOVE Dani's rr!! I really like that coat of arms on it too, a great finishing touch!

Noddy looks like it is almost done, it is looking so great, so much detail.

I'm sorry about the frog problem you are having...Hmmm, could they be coming from your blog's background (what a humorous choice for a background...cute too).

Enjoy your stitching time. Here it is over 100 degrees and I try to stay indoors too.

I'm so excited, time to start stalking the mailman again! :)

Dani's RR is something special, good work to the group.

That last pic, does it end with I'm gonna eat some worms? 'Cause if it does I think it'll be added to my wishlist.

Away, frogs! Begone!!

Love your recent stitching - great progress with Noddy, and Dani's NRR is super-cool.

Hope you'll have some sun soon, even if it does lead to weeds! ;)

How old is Jackson? My son is 3, and he is a major boundary tester!

You have been a very productive stitcher!

Dani's neighborhood is so unique, I love it!
I am sure it will be treasured.
Noddy is looking good.
I can't find my Noboby Likes Me chart, I thought I had it. I seen it and looked and looked for it. Is it OOp or hard to find now,Do you know?
Take care!
P.S. see ya on facebook, Thanks!!

Oh yes, this is definitely a stitchy post, lol.
Dani's RR is so awesome - what a theme, and such beautiful contributions. Extraordinary!
Your WIPs look great, all of them. I think it was a good idea to leave the "ove" alone for a while. When getting back to it you will stitch it without any problem.

So many works going on! I can't wait to see the final results!

Some serious stitching going on there! I love Dani's RR too. It really looks like a fairy tale land! To keep the frogs at bay - make them do dishes if they visit :)
Take care!

Dani's neighborhood is great! I love the theme. You've been busy..stithing wonderful things. Everything looks so good! I'm trying to have your attitude about the gray, cold, wet weather. I just don't seem to get any stitching in during the day even on these yucky days. I gotta rethink my priorities....

Thanks so much for your lovely comments on my post Kathy.

Love all the projects you are working on. Dani must have been thrilled with the coat of arms - perfect for the piece. Noddy is too cute for words. I see that you are busy 'eating worms'(LOL). Isn't it great that these sayings from our youth are coming out in today's designs?

Did I already tell you that I was raised in Ontario? - Thunder Bay (Fort William).

You know the sheer amount of delicate, intricate stitching you do is utterly amazing. Seriously you STITCH girl! I still am just googled, goggled and aghast about Noddy...you are the nicest. person. on. all. the. earth. And I mean that...
Hugs to you this week!

Great WIP's, love the RR too. Don't talk to me about frogs, mine is still here from yesterday, just on a different project. Mind you that was far more easily sorted out.

Had to smile at your pile of dishes in your last post, that's me as well. I don't like washing up, hate drying up even more and I don't have room for a dishwasher.

Hi Kathy! Had to stop by and see how your worm gardening is coming along. Those frogs must hop away or there will be no worms left for us to eat...lol. I too am loving the chart and colors. I would never use these kind of colors normally. I need to do some worm gardening myself as I did not get much done over the past week. We had a pipe burst in our house and cleaning up has taken over. Your other stitching projects looks great. I have never seen a Noddy stitching project before.

Hugs ~
Heidi

I love all your stitching projects!! They are all so wonderful! Especially the Mirabilia one. I still have one in my stash too and I think I should start it some day.

That fantasy RR is just wonderful! I love the dragons. The rest of your WIPs are moving along nicely, too. Nobody Loves me is the cutest design, although I do hope the frogs take an extended leave of absence!
