TUSAL and look at all these amazing stitches

Today is TUSAL day and here is my frog. He is not as full as he normally is but I've been kinda busy lol.
He is full of threads from Fairies in the Garden, my Sampler de Bouquet and the latest Mirabilia round robin.

Last weekend, I attended the annual open house at Knowledge and Needles. Dani and Christin stayed with me for the weekend and we stitched a lot!!!

Instead of those pictures of us stitching, I thought I would share some of the wonderful stitches that were displayed. Warning: lots of photos

I have stitched on Fairies in the Garden - and it is close to a finish!!!
I have to put it down for now to work on a Mirabilia RR and a Band Sampler RR. I look forward to posting that big finish soon.

I am struggling to stitch again. I took 3 days last week and painted my kitchen - ceiling, walls and all the trim.
My left elbow is sore again. I have been stitching with it propped up. That helps some but I have to stop and rest the arm every once in a while. I am not happy about that!

Until next time - may all your stitches stay crossed and all the frogs stay lost.

WOWSERS!! What a lot of beautiful stitching. I am going to have to go back and study each picture to really "see" the pieces. I love the bag you sent Michele - it was perfect!!

I can't wait to see the Garden Fairy finish!

Never ever apologise for putting lots of pictures in a post! The TW Snow Queen is one of the first designs I saw that I loved, my friend bought it with the intention of stitching it and passing it on, sadly neither happened!

That's a TON of gorgeous stitching! It sounds like you had a lovely time at the open house. I hope the RR stitching goes smoothly and that your elbow calms down.

There is an incredible amount of stitching talent displayed on those walls! Next year I hope to add some of mine.
No more stitching or working from now until Friday! You have to keep that arm rested so you can stitch along with us this weekend.
Easier said than done, right?

Sorry to hear about your elbow giving you problems again. I hope that it is on the mend and your can stitch pain free very soon.
Thanks for sharing all the wonderful photos of all the stitching. Such beautiful pieces.
OK..I have to ask..what does TUSAL mean?? I understand orts are leftover threads. Why do you and others put them in a jar or container? I am so out of the loop :O)

I guess painting and stitching don't mix well, Kathy--hope your elbow feels better very soon.

Loved seeing the photos of all that stitchy goodness in one place--just gorgeous!! How nice to have Dani and Christin as houseguests, too...

Enjoy your weekend--we're headed up to Lake Ontario so I'll wave to you across the lake :)

What a lot of gorgeous stitching! There is so much talent represented there. And Fairies is looking beautiful. You're almost there. So Sorry to hear about your elbow. Maybe a day or two of rest would help.
